Barley Breeding & Innovation

Our control over the supply chain offers huge advantages to our brewers, like the chance to get in the field and work directly with our growers. Through our innovative Barley Breeding Program, our buyers become part of the process, blending our craft with theirs as they work with farmers to collaboratively identify and customize specialty grains that achieve their desired flavor, color, and aroma and performance specifications.
